Information and service requests

The site presents information about aircraft leasing, charter flights, ACMI operations and aviation consulting. Sending a message, selecting an aircraft or using “Request information” is a request for discussion. It does not reserve an aircraft, commit either party to a price or create a confirmed service.

Any service requires a separate proposal and agreement identifying the parties, scope, availability, applicable operational requirements and authorizations, price, taxes, payment conditions, cancellation and other relevant terms. Do not make travel or operational commitments based only on website content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Aircraft photographs, histories, specifications and seating or cargo diagrams are informational and may describe historical or illustrative configurations. They do not confirm current ownership, fleet availability, certification, capacity or suitability for a particular operation. Ask us to verify the current details before relying on them.

Responsible use

Use the website and contact channels lawfully. Provide accurate information relevant to your request and send other people’s data only when you have authority to do so.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious software, send spam or unlawful material, or collect information from the site in ways that infringe rights or disrupt its operation. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and communications from abuse.

Website content and intellectual property

Logos, photographs, texts, diagrams and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used with authorization. The website does not provide online payment, a booking checkout or a user account. If a contact form is unavailable, use the published email or telephone channels. A technical acknowledgment of a message does not confirm acceptance of a commercial order or guarantee that a particular service is available.

A CV or recruitment inquiry does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Do not send payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents through the general inquiry channels.

Links to maps, social networks, WhatsApp and other external services are provided for convenience. Their content, terms, privacy practices and availability are controlled by their providers. Check the destination before sending information or accepting its terms.
